Od prezentačnej stránky až po zložitý systém na mieru. Nebojím sa ani vlastných aplikácií a CRM; DomFond je komplexný systém na podávanie žiadostí o úver zo Štátneho fondu rozvoja bývania. Podmienkou je vždy dôkladná analýza na začiatku. Pod projektmi sú produkty, ktoré som testoval.

From a landing page to a complex custom system. I am not afraid of custom applications and CRMs either; DomFond is a complete system for filing loan applications with the Slovak State Housing Development Fund. The condition is always a thorough analysis at the start. Below the projects are the products I tested.

DomFond: žiadosti o úver ŠFRB

DomFond: Housing Loan SaaS

Žiadosť o úver zo Štátneho fondu rozvoja bývania znamená desiatky strán formulárov a príloh. DomFond prevedie žiadateľa celým procesom od zadania údajov cez import listov vlastníctva až po kompletnú dokumentáciu pripravenú na podanie.

Applying for a Slovak state housing development loan means dozens of pages of forms and attachments. DomFond guides applicants through the entire process, from data entry and land registry imports to complete, submission-ready documentation.

Projekt som viedol a realizoval celý, od úvodnej analýzy až po nasadenie. Výpočty úveru som pritom overoval ručne proti zákonu, nie proti kódu.

I managed and delivered the whole project, from the initial analysis to deployment. Along the way I checked the loan calculations by hand against the law, not against the code.

Výsledok: všetky povinné dokumenty generované automaticky, vstavané validácie zachytia chyby ešte pred podaním.
Result: all required documents generated automatically, built-in validations catch errors before submission.

ViP inštitút Paulus: web jazykovej školy

ViP inštitút Paulus: language school website

Súkromná jazyková škola v Nitre učí cudzincov slovenčinu a robí certifikačné skúšky. Pôvodný web na WordPresse nahradil vlastný systém s novou databázou, postavený podľa konkrétnych požiadaviek školy. Prijíma prihlášky a platby v štyroch jazykoch a potvrdenie aj faktúru pošle sám.

A private language school in Nitra teaches Slovak to foreigners and runs certification exams. Its WordPress website was replaced by a custom system with a new database, built to the school's specific requirements. It takes registrations and payments in four languages and sends the confirmation and the invoice on its own.

Pre tento web som urobil optimalizáciu pre vyhľadávače a pre odpovede AI asistentov: titulky a jazykové verzie, mapu stránok, štruktúrované údaje o kurzoch a termínoch skúšok, súbor pre AI asistentov, obsah čitateľný aj bez skriptov a účty v Google Search Console a Bing Webmaster Tools na mene školy.

For this website I did the optimisation for search engines and for AI assistant answers: titles and language versions, a sitemap, structured data for courses and exam dates, a file for AI assistants, content readable without scripts, and Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools accounts in the school's name.

Postaral som sa aj o server a nasadzovanie: nastavenie VPS, automatické nasadzovanie zmien z GitHubu s testami pred každým nasadením a optimalizáciu kódu. Bezpečnosť a dáta stráži firewall, blokovanie opakovaných pokusov o prihlásenie, prihlásenie na server len kľúčom, bezpečnostné hlavičky, nočné bezpečnostné aktualizácie a denné zálohy databázy s overenou obnovou.

I also took care of the server and deployment: VPS setup, automatic deployment of changes from GitHub with tests before every release, and code optimisation. Security and data are covered by a firewall, blocking of repeated login attempts, key-only server login, security headers, nightly security updates and daily database backups with a tested restore.

Real estate company with manual Facebook and Instagram content management. Implemented an automated workflow handling content preparation and publishing without human input.

Výsledok: eliminované hodiny rutinnej práce týždenne, vyšší objem obsahu, konzistentná komunikácia značky.

Autonomous Website

Futbalový klub potreboval web, o ktorý sa nemusí starať. Výsledky, tabuľky a informačný banner o najbližšom zápase sa aktualizujú samy. Články pridáva klub cez malý redakčný systém oddelený od webu, s vlastným prístupom a bez zásahu administrátora.

The football club needed a website it does not have to look after. Results, league tables and an information banner about the next match update on their own. The club adds articles through a small editorial system separate from the website, with its own login and no administrator involved.

Výsledok: klub do webu zasahuje minimálne alebo vôbec a obsah je stále aktuálny.
Result: the club touches the website rarely or not at all, and the content stays current.

I am Marcel Bohunský, AI expert, IT tester and consultant specializing in business process automation. My role is to find where your company loses time and energy, then design solutions using modern AI tools.

Špeciálne sa zameriavam na implementáciu Claude AI do každodenných pracovných postupov. Pomáham firmám od automatického generovania reportov až po inteligentné spracovanie dokumentov a zákazníckej komunikácie.

I specialize in implementing Claude AI into everyday workflows: from automated report generation to intelligent document processing and customer communication.

Veľká časť softvéru, ktorý som testoval, musela sedieť nielen so zadaním, ale aj so zákonom. Úvery, hlasovania vlastníkov bytov, fakturácia, ochrana osobných údajov. Naučilo ma to jednu vec. Kód ukazuje, čo bolo naprogramované, nie čo malo byť. Preto si dôležité výpočty overujem ručne proti nezávislému zdroju.

Much of the software I have tested had to comply not only with the brief, but with the law. Loans, property owner voting, invoicing, data protection. It taught me one thing. Code shows what was programmed, not what was intended. That is why I verify important calculations by hand against an independent source.

Koľko trvá typický projekt AI automatizácie a kedy uvidím prvé výsledky? How long does a typical AI automation project take and when will I see first results?

Závisí to od rozsahu. AI audit dodám do 2 týždňov. Jednoduchšiu automatizáciu často spúšťam už po 14 dňoch od začiatku spolupráce, zložitejšie systémy na mieru trvajú spravidla 6 až 16 týždňov. Prvé merateľné výsledky bývajú viditeľné do 2 až 4 týždňov od implementácie, podľa zložitosti procesu a pripravenosti vašich interných systémov.
It varies with the scope. I deliver the AI audit within 2 weeks. A simpler automation often launches 14 days after we start, while more complex custom systems typically take 6 to 16 weeks. I take on work where something needs to be verified or handed over to a machine. Usually that means testing an application before launch, or automating a process your team keeps repeating. I turn down two things. I do not test a system without its owner's written consent. And I will not confirm that something is fine when I had no way to check it. If AI is the wrong tool for your process, I will tell you on the first call.
